Normal in Berlin by SSarun really stuck in my head, as it did for many of his fans. This artist is from my home country and I met him at one of his concerts when I was originally there to help my colleague Tibor Hummel film this gig.
I had a rough idea in my head the whole time and asked SSarun at the end of the event if he wanted to remix the song. He is very experienced in collaborating with other artists and agreed to my idea.
There was a lot of hard techno going on that night and I started working on the project that same night and came up with the first version with a hard techno drop and hypertechno sound in the verses. I never knew if I ever wanted to release Hardtechno but SSarun helped my with that decision by giving in his clear ideas and we worked towards the final release.
